What does nova do?

I cant seem to figure out how to actually interact with nova, is she like a W.I.P or something?

Nova has some scenes with Whoredra as I recall

How does the 3 different types of acceptences change the story?

I know that <40 changes your feet and hands at the start 40-70 makes it only the chest and high makes it full.and if you have high at the end you have are reluctant to change back but is there any more differences?
