I cant seem to figure out how to actually interact with nova, is she like a W.I.P or something?

Q: I know that <40 changes your feet and hands at the start 40-70 makes it only the chest and high makes it full.and if you have high at the end you have are reluctant to change back but is there any more differences?
 
A: So, actually I don't think acceptance is directly tied into the physical changes (hands/feet/chest), but it does affect actions you can take. 
 
As you say, at high acceptance you often won't take actions to change back, or even some actions that would be considered disobedient (like attacking your rider, opening storage chests in dino chapter or untying yourself).  It also does flavor change to some dialogues.  I think it may prevent you from attacking some dom characters in some forms.
